How Solite works
One app for your whole team, four assistants with clear jobs, and nothing goes out until you say so.
Your business gets its own app
Your own app at your own address, on phone and desktop. It can be added to the home screen.
Everyone signs in with a username and PIN. The app locks itself after 10 minutes without use.
Owner, project manager and crew. You decide what project managers see, including job money. Crews only see their own work.
Drafts only
The assistants draft and suggest. Nothing goes to a client, crew or supplier, and no money moves, until you approve.
Sofie schedules, Teddi sells and markets, Lily does the inbox and paperwork, and Penny does the money, quotes included. None of them does another's job.
You can train each assistant on your own business and industry, for that assistant's job only.
Connect your business email once
The assistants you have read it every few minutes. Penny never reads email.
Lily reads first and hands each email to the right assistant: leads to Teddi, schedule items to Sofie, invoices and receipts to Penny.
Sofie reads the work email (deliveries, sub-trades, client and supplier questions) and Teddi reads the sales email.
Only Teddi replies to new leads, and they go into his pipeline. Without Teddi, a new lead becomes a callback note for you. Every reply is a draft you check and send from your own email.
