Sofie, your scheduling and projects assistant
Sofie keeps your schedule, crews and jobs on every phone. When something slips, she shows you what it affects and drafts a new plan. You tap Approve before anyone hears about it.
What she does today
What Sofie handles for you
- The schedule, your way. By crew and by job, in views from 1 day up to 1 year. You pick the views your team sees.
- Jobs that know what waits on what. Tasks are linked, so when one slips, Sofie shows what it affects and the new finish date, and drafts a new plan. Nothing moves until you tap Approve.
- Crews, subs and materials. Crews and sub-trades, material requests, deliveries, and safety flags with a photo.
- Daily logs by talking. A crew member talks through their day and Sofie fills in the log for them to check, with up to 4 photos. You see the last week of logs on each job.
- Tomorrow's plan. Each crew sees tomorrow's plan in their app. Text alerts can be turned on when you go live.
- Office TV. A full-screen schedule for a TV in your shop or office, portrait or landscape.
- Ask Sofie. Plain questions about your jobs, the schedule and trade math.
- Make it look how you like. Ask Sofie to change the schedule view, what the cards show, the job order or the layout. You see a preview to keep, change or undo.
- Reads your work email. Without Lily, Sofie reads your work email: deliveries, sub-trades, client and supplier questions. She drafts replies about current work for you to check and send. A new lead is flagged as a new inquiry, for Teddi if you have him, or as a callback note for you.
