What Teddi handles for you
- Your lead pipeline. New lead, Contacted, Site visit booked, Quote sent, Won and Lost, with the open value and the follow-ups due.
- Notes and follow-up drafts. Every new lead from email, calls and texts lands in one pipeline. Teddi drafts the first reply and the follow-ups for you to check and send, and he never talks price.
- Your targets. Tell Teddi the kinds of companies you want to work with: who, where, what size, what makes a good fit and what to skip.
- Research. He searches public sources, like company websites, business listings and industry directories, and returns businesses and organizations that fit, each scored out of 10 with the reason. Nobody is contacted without your approval. You add the good ones to your pipeline.
- Answers your sales line. Teddi can answer your sales line, so the calls you miss still get answered and logged. We set this up with you.
- Part of your plan. Research requests come out of your plan's monthly allowance.
- Reads your sales email. Without Lily, Teddi reads your sales email. New leads go straight into his pipeline with a drafted reply for you to send. Only Teddi replies to new leads.
- Hands won work to Sofie. When Teddi wins a lead and you have Sofie, she gets a draft job in Needs you. Add it with one tap, or not.

A one-stop shop for your social media. Teddi plans your posts and short videos (reels) with you, you film on your phone, and the studio turns your clips into finished videos for you to approve.
- A plan for every video. Teddi writes the shot list, what to say on camera, the hook, caption, hashtags and call to action, based on what's working in your trade.
- Film it on your phone. A simple filming guide for iPhone and Android, with a shot checklist. Upload your clips straight from the job site.
- Reels made for you. Your clips become a finished short video using your brand. Approve it, ask for changes, or start over.
- Your brand, your voice. Set up once with your marketing profile and brand kit, so every post looks and sounds like you.
- Post and promote. Download your videos to post anywhere. Posting straight to your own accounts, and running them as Facebook and Instagram ads, is being switched on client by client.
